Gross Encounter at the Counter!!! Eeehh! Where should I begin...I enter the store and patiently wait to be greeted by the cashier who was very busy picking her teeth with her bright colored fingernails. After she noticed I was standing there and obviously also realized I overheard her vulgar conversation with another employee, she finally approached me after putting her bagel snack down and licking her finger. I decided maybe it might be better to sit than have this woman prepare my breakfast... btw..aren't food service personal supposed to put their hair up so it doesn't get in the food or bother to tuck in their shirts? Eehhh! Sitting down to dine wasn't any better...Although the food wasn't bad the service sure was, she dropped our food and the check in front of us like a hot tamale and never returned to remove any finished plates or refill our coffee. I guess she was to busy talking to the very sloppy looking cashier. She should be talking to the bus boy and perhaps asking him to clean all the dirty tables. Needless to say...yuk! One suggestion for the owner, Tidy up your personnel and your restaurant!! Pros: Great Bagels Cons: Bad Staff representatives
