I had them manage my house until I found out they were robbing me with repairs that were never done. Yes fictitious repairs that never occurred . Besides being robbed their service is still very poor. Even if you decide to use another property management service find out who will do your repairs and what that connection is to them. Heres what I found out about Pioneer and they maintenance service. Look at the addresses below. Should be a bit too close for comfort if you ask me.
