Ok, first off, yes bad reception for my sisters iPhone, but my tmobile android works great. I moved in in April, SUPER quiet at night. I love the ribbity frogs in the creek. My sister and I love to sit in the hottub and watch the bats at sunset. Me and my girlfriend do our workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which is perfect cuz the gym is almost never packed AND they're going to give me 300 bucks to get my friend to move in. LOVIN IT!
