I called Clear the Air because my a/c went out Sunday afternoon. I needed them to come out after I was home from work. They put me on the schedule for 4:45pm yesterday. I didnt have to pay extra for Andrew to come out in the evening time which was great! Andrew was nice and friendly. He came in checked out the unit, determined what was wrong, explained to me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. The rates were less than I thought, which was great! Andrew explained to me if I signed up for their Clear Advantage Membership I could get a heater check up in the Winter and a a/c check up in the Spring as well as a 15% discount on all repairs including the repairs last night. I am very happy with the work Andrew performed. My a/c is cooling much better now and we were all able to get a great nights sleep.
I will refer all of my friends and family to Clear the Air!
