I called after reading all the reviews and was lucky to get in to a next day apt with Julie. There was no front desk girl and the place looked unlike any salon I had ever been too. I began to get very worried. After waiting for a half hour (past my apt time) I began to get tickt. Just when I was about to throw in the towel she finally came for me. I wasnt too impressed with her attitude or the way she casually excused her tardiness but I will say this. I LOVE MY HAIR CUT! I agree with the other reviews, customer service sucks and having your head pushed around by someones figer tip is quite rude. would it kill to say...can you tilt right? Either way, Im still heading back. I must tell you that I dont have straight long hair. My cut was tricky and choppy. Not easy unless you have lots of experience. Julie has the experience and the skills to back it up. She gave me exactly what I asked for only.... BETTER! My hair rocks and I believe it was worth the wait at least for now. I do hope they improve there customer service skills. It would be sad to have to go else where over a lack of such basic professional ettiquet. Overall, I give it 4 stars just for the cut alone. It is such an awesome cut I will definetly be back!
