The fat seating guy in front was EXTREMELY rude. I made my reservation online, but it didn't go through. Maybe that's my problem. Went to the restaurant and fat seating guy said no tables available. So, OK. I said I would just sit at the bar. While I was at the bar, I told the waiter that I want the next table available in the bar area. The waiter said OK. When the table was available, the fat seating guy gave the table to someone else. So, I went to the fat guy and told him that I was waiting on that table and my waiter knows about it. The fat guy all seating arrangement has to go through him. Telling the waiter doesn't count. I understand they have their procedure. But, it is not my responsiblity to know it. From my stand point, if I tell the waiter, it is the waiter's responsibility to communite to that fat guy. How do I know I need to talk to the fat guy to get a table!!!!! I told the fat guy how piss I am, he ignores me. When there really are tables available, no one ask if I want to move. (Well, at that point, we are almost done eating. I probably wont move. But, I think it's a courtesy to ask). I hate that fat guy. He's rude. Doesn't how good the food it is, the poor customer service ruin it.
