Carpet Cleaning Windermere came to the Rescue! We originally hired a Burt?s orange carpet cleaning because they were cheap. Well we paid dearly for that cheap carpet cleaning. We found a coupon in the Value saver for a whole house carpet cleaning service for $89.00. The absolutely 100% scary team showed up they looked as if they cleaned the carpet by rolling on it in there clothes. They looked bad and they smelled even worse. I don?t know why I let them clean the carpet. Maybe I just felt bad for the fact that they had a total of 4 teeth between the two of them. After they sprayed the entire carpet with some kind of treatment. They showed me that the basic cleaning was not going to be good enough for my carpet and the service I needed was deep cleaning and that was $30.00 per room and $4.00 per step. The quote was $370.00 and I was left with no choice they all ready started. The carpet looked good when they were finished they sold me additional deodorizers and Teflon protestant now the price was $500. The guys packed up and left the carpet was wet for 3 days. Anywhere the legs of the furniture met the carpet it stained the carpet brown. The entire house had a mildew odor and all the spot were returning that they treated. I called and they said there were NO Guarantees what so ever and they would not return. After my blunder my wife called Carpet Cleaning Windermere ( A real carpet cleaner) and the came and total re-cleaned the carpet the price was $299 the carpet was dry in 3 hours , none of stains came back. I learned one important thing when dealing with service companies always ask what kind of service is included and what exactly is included in the price.
