Businiess name:  Cavatore Italian Restaurant

Review content:
My brother and his fiance'e feted their Rehearsal Dinner at Cavatore's Italian Restaurant. The General Manager, Federico Cavatore was congenial and even helped us hang two banners that read, 'Congratulations Brother and New Sister' on the wall. He was a cultivated and polite young manager--refined yet real. Wine and water flowed, our appetizers efficiently served, and all of our friends were complimenting the staff because they were so attentive we felt like aristocrats. Our friends happily indulged in the copious amounts of ambrosial cuisine! My brother and his fiance would not have chosen another venue to celebrate their Rehearsal Dinner because this inviting family restaurant was perfect. It is neither Cici's Pizza or Chuck E.Cheese's nor Collina's or Olive Garden. Cavatore's is a ludique yet informally sophisticated place where we are happy to frequent. To the man and his wife who will never go there again, I may cross paths with you one day at Chuck E. Cheese's--no reason to act like a sour grape there!!!!!!
