Review content:
I was really looking forward to trying Mafiozo's. It is situated in a neat neighborhood, and we were able to dine on the patio, which was nice. However, I think I may have made a mistake in not ordering pizza. For some reason, I was in the mood for spaghetti, but not for long! My pasta was so waterlogged that the noodles were literally mush. I rarely complain about food, and have almost never sent my entree back, but I just couldn't justify filling myself with something that tasted so awful. I had to wait quite a while for the waiter to return. He was apologetic, but when the dish returned it was only slightly less mushy. You'd think that if I complained about overdone pasta, the kitchen staff would have been sure to re-do it almost in an underdone state. I didn't have the heart to send it back again, and I just ate some of my husband's pizza. I haven't had a desire to go back after that experience, but maybe someday I'll go back and be sure to only order pizza, which is more their specialty.
Pros: Nice setting
Cons: They can't cook noodles right!
