I should've walked out the door once I saw that the salon was practically empty on a Sunday afternoon with the exception of 2 other customers. But I didn't think it would be so bad so I gave it a shot. First of all, the woman who cut my hair barely spoke or understood English. She gave me a painful shampoo job then the most horrible hairdo I've ever had. I had asked for shorter layers. The stylist (if you can call her that) used an electric razor to cut my hair! I've never heard of this technique before and it is NOT at all good if you want layered hair. Anyway, trust me when I tell you that this place is not good. STAY AWAY!
