We just got a 2011 Outback from them and Frank and Ashley were great to interact with. I'd made the deal over the phone and when we went in there were no surprises. In fact, the car they had in stock had a few optional accessories I didn't want and they gave them to me at no extra charge. They gave us a very fair price for our trade-in as well. I can't speak about their service department or their used car sales, but I would highly recommend them for a new car sale.
