When my car died, I needed something quickly. I found what I was looking for on their lot, and my experience was nothing but pleasant. I've been car shopping more times than I'd like to count over the years, and I generally come away with disdain towards the skeezy sales people at car lots. At SoM I worked with Mark F., and he was really great. Friendly, attentive, and considerate but not pushy and all up in my business like many other sales people who ask a million irrelevant questions and try to talk you into looking at cars even when you're clearly not showing any interest. It could not have gone better. He got me a good deal on the car I wanted, and I ended up buying from them the same day. Sometimes you have to use intuition as well as education when shopping for a new car, and my gut told me to go see these guys. Their website also helped convince me to pay them a visit. I won't even go to a dealership if their website isn't user-friendly, up-to-date, and organized. Many dealerships will have one to three pictures of their vehicles and then you have to call for the pertinent information you need. Subaru got it right, and I'm glad I found a car I liked and could afford on their lot. The office itself was also really nice and laid back. You can tell they take care of their customers. A+ customer service. I highly recommend, and I'll take my car back to get serviced. They seem like good people.
