horrible service. had complete roof replaced 3 years ago. they broke a custom ordered skylight during the process, which they tried to replace with cheap one, but i had to myself had it fixed later. i have had the roof leaked every year for the past 3 years. they come out and fix it, and every time it is a new excuse. this year had the worst leaks ever. about 3-4 months back roof leaked, i called them and their company owner came to check it. their was ceiling damage inside the house at 2-3 places and the roof had leaked again, so the owner promised me he would take care of it. no one came to fix the roof or the ceiling inside the home for 3 months. last month we had record rainfall in midland on one day. the roof leaked again, and i had ceilings get damaged in more than 9 places throughout the house. their are 2' x 3' spots in kitchen and even larger in master bedroom. i told them that i have guests visiting in 3 weeks and the ceiling need to be taken care of before they arrive. they came and fixed the roof within 2-3 days. they claim to have fixed the roof (wont find that out until next rain). the inside ceilings would have to be repaired by a different person. so i talked to him and told him that they need to get started soon since we were only 2 weeks away till guests would show up. he told me he would call me back. did not get any call back. i called him again and left several messages, but he never replied. guests are going to be here in 2 days and the ceilings inside the home look horrible. i have been calling their number constantly every day for past 4 days and every time they say someone is going to call me back. yesterday i called and they were out on lunch, so the lady said they would call me back after 1 hour. did not get any call. so i called again at about 4pm, then lady said everyone had gone home early and they would call me back today at 8 am. again they did not call me today. i called at about 10am myself, she again said someone will call me soon. it is 12:45 no has called. i am beginning to think i will have to hire someone myself and have the ceilings fixed. i will be posting a video of the ceilings inside and also the dripping we had at some places inside the house during the rain on both youtube and on facebook soon.
