I have used your plumbing services several times now, and have been delighted each time. The two instances that stand out in my memory were both commode replacements, one in my grandmother's house and the other in a rental house. Grandmother is extremely proud of her little home, and she beamed from ear to ear as she told me how careful your tech was to not drip on her carpet and leave the work area neater than he found it! In the rental house, the commode had a minor manufacturer's defect. Your tech came back and fixed the problem, quickly, efficiently and without charging us for the call! Kudos on a well-run operation. It's refreshing to finally see a plumbing company take customer service seriously.
