Review content:
As a freshman in college, and being away from your parents guidance, it is very hard to go out and trust just any auto-shop. After a little research, I came to find myself visiting "BYOP-Auto Shop". Walking in I did not feel like a kid, I was greeted at the door by this nice man named Martin. I explained the problem and he assured me that his team of mechanics would fix the problem and run some test's to see if anything else was wrong with the car, Martin was very understanding and very patient. Even though he knew and understood that I was not familiar with BMW's, he did not "low ball" me, he did something way better. Martin walked me through each and every process, sometimes he would even walk me out to the back to show me the work that was being done to my car. The outcome of every job that was done to my car, was not disappointing. I always leave very confident knowing that Martin and his Mechanics at "BYOP" did all that they could to make sure that I was safe out on the road. There is never a worry of whether or not I was being taken advantage of and often find myaself comparing "BYOP" to other shops, because finding an auto-shop that is affordable and reliable such as "BYOP". Being that I was new to the city of San Antonio, my choices were limited, but I am glad that I found "BYOP" before I decided to go else-where to get work done on my car. Especially having a BMW, some shops tend to automatically believe that one is made of money, and base your fianancial stability, off of what your drive, rather then what your willing to pay. I am not good with cars and dont know where to start, as far as when it comes down to locating parts and making sure that the part that I do get is the right one for the job. Martin really helped me when it came down to finding out what part I exactly needed. The Warranty on the parts is great, the work on my BMW was great and was done in a timely matter every single time. This is now my fourth year in San Antonio and as a customer at "BYOP" has not failed me or my BMW once.
