I knew as soon as I talked to the people at Unicorn Movers that I had found the company to handle my move. Unicorn provides the service it promises at a reasonable cost, and in an efficient and expedient manner. I highly recommend this company. I have had to make two major moves in one year -- from Los Angeles to Bee Cave, and then from Bee Cave to South Austin. I was not familiar with any in-town movers, so I checked the Yellow Pages and began to research the movers online and by phone. The over-the-phone estimate was fair and accurate. The gentlemen who moved me were just that. . .""gentlemen"". . .and additionally, were strong, professional, timely, careful, and HONEST. When they found that I did not have as many boxes to move as I had originally listed, they actually credited me with the items I did not move. My furniture was delivered to my new apartment without any damage and the company followed up to see how I was doing. If a move can actually be ""pleasant,"" then Unicorn can offer that positive experience.
