I've purchased multiple guns, after countless visits. They're always friendly and take the time to answer my questions, whether I'm 'just browsing' or I'm laying green on the table. I've read most of the reviews on this site and haven't found any of the claimed downfalls with one exception. They have one employee that I avoid. I believe him to be arrogant and very rude. I don't expect he will be there long. If you find yourself in a position where you don't like who you're speaking with, ask to see someone else. I've dealt with everyone in this store at one time or another, and they have ALL been great, save for that one guy.
But go in and make your own assessment. I've had nothing but good experiences there, and will continue to shop there. They recognize me when I walk in and shoot the breeze with me, which in my book is EXCELLENT customer service. Especially in the gun store world. Let's face it.... a lot of these places have no personality.
Also you can beat that lifetime warranty with their gunsmiths!
Pros: Great gun prices. Lifetime warranty. Excellent gunsmith.
Cons: NOT the place to buy ammo.
