Review content:
The movers refused to move my hanging clothing and glass in my apartment and did not make me aware until they already moved the truck. I understand my materials weren't packaged correctly. However, the issue could've been avoided very easily: [1] the movers could've called my cell phone to inform me of this the day of and [2] the company could have provided me detailed guidelines beforehand.
