I visited all the ones I could find. One of the other schools had a teacher that some of my friends reccommended a few years ago. He's at Authentic now. Thatt sealed my decision, but I was going to pick them anyway. They had the best word-of-mouth from all the bartenders I know. They charge much less $$ than the others, and they have on-the-job training(not "guest bartending " at empty dives where anybody can walk in and do it). You come out with real new york experience at happening bars that look impressive on your resume. And you find work fast! I'm at Chill lounge now. Thank you, Dave, Troy, and Karen!
