Dr. Garcia is an artist! There is a stark difference between Dr. Garcia and my previous (4) dentists. First, she has great chair-side manners-- she takes the time to listen to my concerns. Second, she is good at what she does. She fixed problems that were a result of inappropriate treatments I had received in the past. Not only is my mouth healthy and balanced, my smile has been restored! This is not an overstatement--I used to look like B. Bunny--sad, really. This was due to bad craftsmanship on my front two teeth from a visit with another dentist. After explaining to Dr. Garcia that I was tired of looking like a cartoon character, she did wonders with my teeth. Aside from her work, I must comment on the office atmosphere. The place is outfitted with state of the art equipment. The staff is professional and pleasant. Desi, the receptionist, worked with me on occasions when I was unable to make my appointment--she never gave me attitude for rescheduling--in fact, she was very pleasant and offered alternative dates. Deidra, the dental assistant is so knowledgeable and makes the entire experience better, and she down right funny. I have had several procedures done, including restoration of my front teeth, caps, porcelain build up, and fixing of an old root canal, many cavities, and cleaning. In short, Dr. Garcia has the patience, the plan, the staff, and great craftsmanship.
