I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Shanna. I recently had a terrible hair color experience with another salon, that left me with very overhighlighted and dried out hair. I was desperate for help! I researched colorists on citysearch in an effort to find someone to repair my hair and found Shanna. I called her this morning to schedule an appointment. She returned my call within 10 minutes and was very friendly on the phone. She rearranged her day so that she could fit me in today, and I would not have to wait over a week for her next appointment. Once I met Shanna at the salon, I was comfortable with her immediately, and confident in her abilities after talking with her about the plan for my hair. She brought my hair back to a much more natural color with a few subtle highlihgts (exactly what I wanted!). The color looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier! Shanna is a true professional and really strives to make her customers happy and provides outstanding customer service. I would very highly recommend Shanna- besides doing an excellent job on my hair, it was a delight to spend a few hours with her. I'm looking forward to seeing her again in six weeks!
