I recently moved to Austin from Ohio with bleaching gone wrong. I researched color specialists in his area and kept seeing Shanna's name. I was hesitant to try something else with my hair color but knew something needed to be done. Shanna was honest about the condition of my hair and what it could tolerate. She asked me everything from the heat setting I use on my hairdryer and straighter to the types of shampoo I use. She now has me on the right track to getting my blonde hair back the healthy way!! Was very impressed and look forward to my next visit!
