I would encourage anyone considering to choose this dental practice to think again. It may be conveniently located and have multiple affiliated offices but the service that you will receive here is unacceptable in a competive market such as dentistry. Wait times on the phone - provided you can get though - are excessive and you can always expect to wait at least 1 hour past your appointment time before being shown to an exam room (where you can expect to wait more). My experience with this practice has been heinous. They insisted that I receive costly treatment that was not covered by my insurance and refused to provide covered services when I did not acquiese to their recommended invasive treatment plan. Ultimately I have opted to take my and my family's business elsewhere.
