Review content:
The angry first review seems to demand that the office accept the patient's diagnosis and commit to a cost ahead of time. Contrary to what that one says, I found the location clean and well organized. I have pitifully low dental insurance and the several visits I made followed a pattern of discussion of problem, xrays, followup and asking if wanted to go ahead and find cost. Slight delay and person accessing insurance at front desk came back and detailed costs. I have had several root canals at this office and a couple of crowns and have been satisfied. Unlike the claim in the first review, there are partition walls between the patient chairs (not just trees) which contain storage and sink. An open hallway passes along side all the chairs and a narrow passage is at the wall for the dentist and techs to move between patients. I visited my previous dentist recently and found in an office building, each chair was in a smaller room, but there were no doors and sounds traveled between rooms which also means that patients can be monitored during the time that pain killer is settling in or molds are setting up, just like here. Pros: Got me in and out on time, good treatment Cons: Thought too much promotion of costly additional service.
