When I moved from Atlanta, I needed a vet to perform an annual exam on my dog. During a routine checkup, the vets at Plantation Animal Hospital found and successfully treated cancer in my dog after it have been overlooked by another vet in Atlanta. The treatment required a surgery to remove and test a lump that had developed on his back (the previous vet thought it was a cyst). Every member of the staff was kind, professional and thoughtful, delivering speedy and skilled treatment. They personalized my dog's care (allowing him to keep a small stuffed toy with him while he came out of the anesthesia), and soothed my family's stress and worry by answering every question (sometimes twice).
The staff was available for phone calls regarding pain management through his recovery and called several times to check up on his process.
In addition to expertly treating cancer in my dog, Plantation Animal Hospital offers some of the cleanest, friendliest facilities I have seen.
We are lucky to have Plantation Animal Hospital in our lives.
