Went in for a consutation with Jillian (after seeing a lady in the grocery store), and she was amazing,not only did she fix my poofy hair with an amazing cut and styling lesson, she gave me the best color I've had in years! It looks so natural and with highlights that I only have to get done every third or fourth time! I love her and the salon. You should def check out Jillian at the Upper Hand! Plus, shes educated and has a great demeanor about her!
Pros: people were nice, felt warm there
