I live out of State, but when I go to Houston, at least twice a year, I make sure I go to The Upper Hand on Westheimer. I am VERY fussy about my hair and who does it. I always go to JENI. She is so sweet, caring and what a 'master'. You can tell JENI loves what she does because she does it so well. I never leave there that JENI hasn't done exactly what I expected. I even let her take the reigns sometimes and let her design my hair the way she thinks my 'facial bone structure' will allow. I always have my hair weaved and JENI does such a thorough job. JENI is so pleasant and fun. I promise you that your experience with JENI will have you coming back for more!!
