I have been a regular client at the Upper Hand in Royal Oaks for over 3 years and am there at least twice a month. They have a very friendly staff and excellent hairstylists. Shiva is my stylist and she is extremely talented with my ""fine"" hair texture and very good with color ideas. My husband is also a regular client of Shiva's and our daughter, who lives in San Diego, visits her when in town. Lisa is very good at waxing and eyebrow shaping, also. We feel at home there and highly recommend the salon.
