I had been looking for a long time to try and find that perfect place to get my hair done, and I have found it! I have been going to the Upper Hand Salon in Royal Oaks for over a year, and I have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is relaxed, but with a beautifully sophisticated flair and the customer service is wonderful! I would also like to take time to recommend the stylist, Courtney. She is very attentive to what you ask her for, and she also takes the time and effort to go through styling options if you need them! The first time I went to see her was after a horrible highlights job that a previous salon had done, and she fixed it up beautifully! Each time I go in she tells me what colors and styles are in and what would look best. I was sold then, and I have not been disappointed once since.
