Review content:
Bryan was trained under the incomparable Lacy and inherited me (and my extremely thick, problematic hair) upon her departure. I can honestly say he has excelled under her tutelage. He not only gives a superbly skilled cut/color, he is personable, friendly, listens to his clientele, and gives them exactly what they want - even if it?s not in their best interest =) And will happily take the time to fix what they should have listened to him about in the first place! I can?t say enough about Bryan, he is the ONLY one who touches my hair. The rest of the staff/salon experience is top notch as well. You can?t go wrong at the Upper Hand, and I wouldn?t trade Bryan for a box of diamonds!
