I have been going to The Upperhand since 2004. Lacy was my stylist from the beginning and I was with her as she trained Jillian, Bryan and Danielle. After Lacy left last year, she referred me to Jillian. Jillian is great! I love the way she listens to my needs and always makes me feel like I am her only client! I have referred so many of my friends and people that just want to know who does my hair! The Upperhand is top knotch! Keep up the good work!
Pros: always make me feel special when I come in and always prompt
Cons: The drive from Katy is a little much, but I would drive further if I had to!!
