I found Etheria a few years ago after a friend recommended Ana -- and it was the best thing I've ever done for my hair and my sanity! Firstly, Ana is truly gifted; I came to her with hair horribly damaged from years of harsh chemical treatment, and I walked out with healthy color and shine I hadn't seen in years (and an awesome cut, too). Secondly, Ana is a perfectionist. As another reviewer noted, she won't let me out of her chair unless my cut is ""even"" and everything about my hair is exactly as she and I want it. So, I never, ever leave the salon disappointed or frustrated. Thirdly, Ana is just plain nice. I'd like to think it's because she likes me, but it's probably just the way she it. And it definitely helps that her co-workers are just as friendly and funny. Finally, Etheria is certainly a high-end salon -- but no one there has a high-end attitude. I truly appreciate how lovely the staff and stylists are to everyone. It's a breath of fresh air...
