My mother has been going back and forth with this Monarch Dental practice and trying to get dentures made that fit and don't slide around. She keeps getting poor care and excuses that the problem is with the lab. She rarely sees the dentist, but rather her assistants who really don?t seem to have the slightest idea about dentistry. The assistants disregard her concerns and make excuses. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. I am considering filing a report with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. AWFUL!
