Had the same exact problem as Shady Sharyn, They do not stand behind the quality of the furniture they sell. Notified them day after delivery of issues with new furniture and ""repairman"" that they sent said ""thats just how it is""!!!! After complaining per email, I was offered repair that had an expiration date???? What happened to the 1 yr warranty??? I will never deal with this store again. Horrible customer service and the owner Mrs. Sheely is rather snotty. DO NOT BUY HERE!
