Review content:
The service at Callaghan is not worth your time. The woman who handled my paperwork overcharged me but I caught that while I was there in person. But when the final title was mailed to my home, it arrived with errors in my last name. (and i have a simple last name). You can tell by the errors that she had her hands on the wrong keys, just over 1 space to the right. However, when I called to have them re-do my title because of THEIR error, they said I had to re-pay to have it done!!!!!!! I already paid them $34 originally!!!! That's all they do: titles. And they can't even get that right. They also said I should have looked at the signs posted in their office that say to check for any errors on the paperwork! GEEZ....in my 20 years of using the county tax collector, I never had these problems. I should have just waited the long lines at Sylvia Romo's office....
