This 'Good Ol' Boy' is a true gentleman. Tommy works a long day in the harsh Texas sun cutting down trees, yet the evening finds him diligently manning the phones, scheduling appointments for the next day. When he realized that he was going to be late for my appointment with him, he called to let me know what was going on and what time he expected to arrive. He is wonderfully polite and his crew couldn't be nicer. Mosquitoes were biting me while we were surveying my tree problem and he hiked back to his truck to get some insect repellent. Tommy and his guys removed our big tree from my neighbor's roof in less than one hour, and they completely cleaned up the debris and hauled everything away for a very competitive price.
