I am new to Austin and I was looking for a good reliable auto repair shop because my Nissan Maxima needed new CV Axles. A co-worker recommended Ben White Auto Repair shop. I got on the Internet to get directions to Ben White auto and also read most of the reviews. I was surprised to see so many ? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED? rating by satiesfied customer. So I toke my car to Ben White auto and after inspecting my car, Oscar, informed me that I had an oil leak. I knew of the oil leak and thought about fixing it later. I was giving an exact quote for the job and it was done properly. For as long as I?m in Austin, I will take my car to Ben White Auto when it needs to be repaired.
Pros: Customer service. I work near by and they gave me a ride to work.
Cons: The repair were not finished on time so the rented me a car for that day.
