After the shop I used to go to closed, my roommate told me about Ben White Automotive. He had taken his car there for a problem with his struts. They could have told him that new struts were needed and he never would have thought otherwise, but instead they told him all it needed was for the strut mount to be tightened, which they did without charging him. The fact that they could have charged him for unneccessary repairs and didn't was impressive. I have taken two cars to see these guys and had good experiences on both occasions. The estimates they gave me were accurate and the customer service was very friendly. I have found my new mechanic!
