During the forth of July weekend my cars ""service engine soon"" light appeared on the dash. As soon as I could I considered taking my car to a shop right down the street that I and my family frequently did business with. After carefully considering other options online I came across Ben White Auto on City search which so happened to have very high marks along with high praise from those who have done business there. Although I was reluctant to take my car to another shop I gave it a shot because I was personally tired of never being given another option to a costly repair, and having to take the machanics word over my limited knowledge of what needed to get fixed and what could wait. I was pleased to find that the machanic who I spoke to on the phone at Ben White Auto was willing to give me a second price option even though the repairs were extensive. I have never EVER been given a less expensive option to a repair elsewhere. All together I drove away having spent hundreds less than I would have if I were to do business elsewhere. The staff is courteous and puts the customer first. I will recommend this place to friends and family, and will continue to do business with them. Thanks BWA!
