Review content:
We went to Ben White Automotive (South) to get the timing belt and water pump changed on my daughter's 1996 Accord (4 Cylinders) . We called around for prices and they were lower than others. My other daughter and son in-law had taken their cars to them and spoke very well of their service. So Friday morning we met a gentleman at the front desk named Oscar who was very friendly and provided an estimate of changing timing belt, water pump and two other auxiliary belts upfront. He said he would call later with more details as they got into it. He called about mid day about other issues with my car and his honest advice about whether I could delay/neglect those issues. We decided to replace the front axles. They did not finish Friday but they worked Saturday so my daughter would have the car for work Monday morning. The repairs actually cost more than estimated but they adjusted the bill by over a hundred dollars and honored their original estimate. Four weeks later I was changing the oil and replacing the faulty oxygen sensor that showed up in their report. Replacing sensor got the ""Check Engine"" light to go out. But the new oil I was pouring in was leaking onto the drive. I called them Monday at 9 AM and they said bring it in. It turned out a faulty PCV valve allowed too much pressure to build and caused the new valve cover gasket to leak. They replaced the PCV valve and the valve cover gasket by early afternoon. They did this at no extra charge even though the PCV valve was not in their scope of work. It's running great. These folks really care about doing a good job for a fair price. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.
Pros: Great service from start to finish.
Cons: None.
