I took my SUV to Ben White Automotive for a regular oil change. At the last minute, I asked if the tires could also be rotated. They gladly added that to the services to be done to my car. When it came time to pay everything was throughly explained to me and everyone was very friendly. I decided to take my car to a service center rather than a quick lube place so that I could get a feel for whether or not I would be comfortable taking my vehicle there if there was something wrong. I will take my car back for an oil change or a repair with confidence. It's set back from the road a little bit, so be watchful when you get close!
