Businiess name:  Brooklyn Bead Box

Review content:
So... I like to get crafty. Due to the fact that I have some time off due to an upcoming surgery I decided that I finally had time to check out the Brooklyn Bead Box. I googled jewelry classes and the Brooklyn Bead Box is the only one that I could find, and sine I live in Brooklyn, I was supper excited. I called the BrooklynBB to sign up for three classes. The person told me that she was new, and she had no idea how to sign me up for the class over the phone, and the owner would be out of town for three days so I should call back. I decide to drive over to the Brooklyn BB to sign up a week after my initial phone call to sign up for the classes in person. The woman behind the counter looked at me as though I was from a different planet. She acted as though she was the customer and I was the owner. I had to explain my skill level and what I was interested in, as well as the dates, she didn't have anything to say.... nor did she have any questions for me. The store was dead. I will not be surprised if I am the only person in attendance at the three classes I signed up for. I mean if you were a business owner wouldn't you try to be sociable, especially if someone is a new customer.... I plan on buying my beads in the city, since I wasn't interested in any of the BrooklynBB bead selections. The BrooklynBB seems like the kind of store who is owned by someone who has inherited enough money to go into business, and doesn't really care if they are sucessful business person or not. Pros: Great Location, Great Space Cons: Staff, Bead Selection
