Businiess name:  Maaco - Houston

Review content:
My mother who is 83 years old but still very independent had a minor run-in with her garage. She damaged the hood, front bumper, left fender, and left headlight on her 2007 Buick. I recommended Maaco to her as I had done some business with them in the past and they did right by me. When she got her car back I was shocked. They had fixed - if you can call it that - some parts and replaced the headlamp, but the salesman had talked her into painting her car overall with their 300 hundred dollar special. This is a 2007 Buick with 8,000 miles on it. This car was garage kept and the paint was in great condition. The 300 paint job is loaded with dirt and runs. I took the car back to complain. The 300 dollar special easily took 5,000 dollars off the value of this car. When I complained the manager tried to talk me into upgrading to their top of the line paint at a discount. Turns out after the fact this place has changed ownership and the new owners obviously have no conscience. Plain and simple Maaco is a rip-off!
