I have been going to Arlette for almost 6 years!!! She recently moved from Visible Changes to Norris of Houston and this is where I wish she was all along. No crowded malls, looking for parking and feeling like a herded cow to get a haircut. Norris of Houston is for people that appreciate that extra customer service with a smile. Arlette takes her time doing your hair and makes sure she listens to exactly what you want. No surprises and she is always consistently perfect!!! She's not pushy and will not try to make you buy products like they do at some hair salons. I would consider myself a very picky person and have left many places in tears--however, since Arlette has been doing my hair I worry no more. Not only is she great at hair, she gets to know all her clients--probably because she knows she will be seeing them again soon! Thanks Arlette :-)
