""Eh"" do not describe my experience. It has been a year ago and I could not find a review site for these people because (not internet savy), now I must share my experience. I took my dog to have him nuetered. They were very nice at first and I felt comfortable, but once they had my baby, all hell broke loose. First, I had my dog obtain shots at another facility and they stated that they cannot accept it and that he will need more shots (after they performed the work), my dog was clean and NO FLEAS, the so called doctor stated that there were fleas on him. This I know was false so they pin me for another cost, then after i stated my concerns, the doctor came out and did not say a word, did not look at me, and did not acknowledge me at all, the young girls did not know what to say and they called their Office Mother, who basically and falsly stated she told me all of the charges or possible charges. I was so stunned and I could not believe how they could handle business like this. The customers behind me stated they experience this too and I asked why the heck do you still come (her dog was suffering, not even walking (scooted around on a pillow) and been in this condition for months so I was not too keen with her either, how could you let your dog suffer so, putting it to sleep would of been humane), but that was another story and a seperate issue. This people are cheaters and I was the lucky one that these high and mighty so called doctor performed on. Their business office are liars.
