I walked into this clinic with a stray dog I had just found hoping to get her scanned for a microchip. The receptionist at the front desk told me they did not have a microchip scanner but I didn't believe her for a second. What vet clinic does not have a microchip scanner? Do they not insert microchips? I work in a vet clinic and I know exactly what was going on. The receptionist did not want to be bothered if there was a microchip because it can be a little irritating to track down the owner's information. I get great joy out of helping reunite a lost dog with its owner obviously that receptionist does not and it reflects badly on the clinic.
