I had a blocked toilet and needed help ASAP. I called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday and they had someone out within 1 hour. Joe (#3219) told me that he could try to remove the object first and provided a quote for that work. He also indicated that if that didn't work we may have to try something else. Fortunately he was able to pass the object through and the toilet is now working great. He also replaced a flapper for me as he said the one that was in the toilet was not working properly. When he shut off the water the shut off valve began leaking and he had to replace that also. Joe did a great job and explained everything along the way and also provided quotes for each item he needed to replace. I was very satisified with the work provided by Joe from Roto-Rooter. ?
