Thanksgiving was not pretty this year. We live in a 100+ unit condominium community and a water line burst on the second floor in our condo building and flooded several units. I called Thursday afternoon to report the emergency and received a call back in just a few minutes. Plumbers, water vac people and men to help move furniture were at the property in less than an hour. It was a mess, but by nightfall the situation was under control and we could all sleep without worry about how we would ever clean things up. I was in contact with the property manger several times during the ordeal and feel that the team as a whole did a magnificent job of putting our lives back together and helping us feel safe and supported. I do not know what more I could have expected or received from these people. In my opinion, you can forget the small stuff. This is why we have management. Good Job Pioneer! A very satisfied customer
