Having met Tausha through a professional group, I was always impressed with her knowledge of real estate and the Austin market. I knew that when the time came, my husband and I would choose her to help us buy our home. Who knew buying a house could be so crazy and stressful!? Tausha really came through for us and stayed calm through what was a roller coaster of a process. She provided access to other professionals that really made a difference in our negotiating power and ultimately our ability to purchase our home. She kept telling us we were getting a ""good deal"" on our purchase, but we never imagined our appraisal would come back at six figures more than the sales price! ($120k) (Poor sellers-this is after we had already negotiated them down on the price several times-at Tausha's recommendation!) We've been living in our new home for about three months now and absolutely love it! (We live in the NW Hills/Cat Mountain area.)
