My wife and I recently re-located to Austin from Omaha, NE. We came in completely blind and ignorant to the whole process (it's our first house). After a couple of less than ideal experiences with other area Realtors, we happened upon Tausha Carlson and Marathon Real Estate.
Let me make this brief: Tausha knows her stuff, full stop.
As a professional with the experience and competence to guide clients through the myriad pitfalls of home-buying, and a local in tune with the zeitgeist of the weird and awesome Austin, Tausha is the first and last call you need to make. Don't let me neglect to mention Paloma, her fantastic assistant, either.
I will be recommending her, without pause or reservation, to my circle of friends, as well as to family members who will be following us soon.
